How to Login

Member Help Centre

Welcome to the APTPCA login guide. This page walks every registered tax practitioner through accessing the secure member portal, where you can manage your profile, download your membership certificate and ID card, raise grievances, track subscription payments and stay updated with the latest GST and Income Tax circulars.

Logging in takes less than a minute. Follow the numbered steps below. If you ever get stuck, scroll down to the Forgot Password and Need Help? sections.

Use the credentials sent to your registered mobile number / email.

Member Login — Step by Step

Open the Login Page

Click the Member Login button in the top-right corner of the website, or open login.php directly. The secure login form will appear on your screen.

Enter Your Username

In the first field, type your registered mobile number or membership ID exactly as it appears on your APTPCA membership certificate. Avoid extra spaces.

Enter Your Password

Type the password you created during registration. Passwords are case-sensitive. Use the eye icon (if shown) to confirm you have typed it correctly.

Complete Verification

If prompted, enter the OTP sent to your registered mobile number, or complete the on-screen captcha. This added step keeps your account secure from unauthorised access.

Click “Login”

Press the Login button. On success you will be taken straight to your member dashboard. If the page reloads with an error, double-check your username and password.

Explore Your Dashboard

From the dashboard you can update your profile, download your certificate and ID card, view payment history, raise a grievance and access circulars. Always log out on shared devices.

Forgot Your Password?

No problem. You can reset your password securely in a few steps:

  1. On the login page, click the “Forgot Password?” link.
  2. Enter your registered mobile number or email address.
  3. An OTP / reset link will be sent for verification.
  4. Verify the OTP and set a new password (use a strong, memorable one).
  5. Return to the login page and sign in with your new password.
Note for Administrators & Office Bearers

The steps above are for members. If you are an APTPCA administrator, district coordinator or office bearer, please use the dedicated Admin Login portal instead. The administrative dashboard provides member management, approvals, certificate issuance and reporting tools.

Admin access is restricted. Do not share administrative credentials with members.

Login Troubleshooting

“Invalid credentials”

Re-check your username and password for typos. Remember passwords are case-sensitive and should not contain leading or trailing spaces. If you are unsure, use the Forgot Password option.

OTP not received

Wait up to a minute and check your SMS inbox. Ensure your registered mobile number is correct. You may request the OTP again using the Resend link on the verification screen.

Page not loading

Clear your browser cache, refresh the page, or try a different browser. A stable internet connection is recommended for OTP delivery and secure sign-in.

Account not found

Your membership may be pending approval or renewal. Please contact the APTPCA office to confirm your membership status before attempting to log in again.
