We cannot and do not guarantee that files available for download from the internet or the App will be free of viruses or other destructive code. Your use of the App, its content, and any services obtained through the App is at your own risk.
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PROVIDED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT WILL APTPCA, ITS AFFILIATES, OR THEIR LICENSORS BE LIABLE FOR DAMAGES OF ANY KIND ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE, OR INABILITY TO USE, THE APP.
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless APTPCA, its affiliates, licensors, and service providers from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, awards, losses, costs, or expenses arising out of your violation of these Terms of Use.
All matters relating to the App and these Terms of Use shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India and the State of Andhra Pradesh.
