These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website, services, events and membership benefits offered by the Andhra Pradesh Tax Practitioners & Consultants Association ("APTPCA", "we", "us" or "our"). By accessing our website or applying for membership, you agree to be bound by these Terms in full.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please do not use our website or apply for membership. We may revise these Terms from time to time and the updated version will be effective immediately upon posting on this page.

Membership of APTPCA is open to tax practitioners, consultants, advocates, accountants and other professionals engaged in taxation-related work in Andhra Pradesh and adjoining regions. Approval of membership is at the sole discretion of the APTPCA governing body.

Members must provide true, accurate and complete information at the time of registration and keep such information updated. Membership is personal to the member and is non-transferable.

APTPCA reserves the right to suspend or terminate membership in the event of misuse, misrepresentation, non-payment of dues, or conduct that brings the Association into disrepute.

Membership fees, event registration charges and other payments are displayed on the relevant pages of this website. All fees are in Indian Rupees (₹) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

Payments are processed through secure third-party payment gateways. APTPCA does not store card or net-banking credentials. Please review our Refund Policy for information on eligibility and process.

Members agree to uphold the dignity and objectives of APTPCA, maintain professional ethics, and comply with all applicable laws, regulations and departmental procedures. Members shall not use the APTPCA name, logo or membership credentials to mislead clients or authorities.

Any dispute between members may be referred to the APTPCA governing body for amicable resolution. The decision of the governing body shall be binding.

All content on this website — including text, graphics, logos, images, circulars compiled by APTPCA and software — is the property of APTPCA or its licensors and is protected under applicable intellectual property laws.

Members may download or print material from this website for personal, non-commercial use. Redistribution, reproduction or commercial use without prior written consent is prohibited.

APTPCA provides information on circulars, notifications and tax updates in good faith for the benefit of members. However, we make no warranty as to the accuracy, completeness or timeliness of such information. Members are advised to verify every update with the official government portals before acting on it.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, APTPCA shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising out of the use of, or inability to use, this website or any information provided therein.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of India. The courts at Guntur, Andhra Pradesh shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms.

APTPCA may update these Terms at any time. The date of the last revision will be indicated at the top of this page. Continued use of the website after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
